Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of otttdarena.com and any purchase of services from OTTD Arena, operating from 100 Harris St, Pyrmont NSW 2009, Australia. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the site — we say this kindly and without judgement.

2. Our services

We sell digital game services (account-bound items, memberships, subscriptions), live services (coaching sessions, event entries, clan management) and physical merchandise. Each product page describes what's included; that description plus these terms form the contract. Services are digital entertainment goods, not necessities — but we treat delivery deadlines seriously anyway.

3. Orders & payment

Prices display in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. An order becomes a contract when we confirm it by email — we may decline orders for stock, fraud or error reasons and refund anything paid. Payment processes through third-party gateways; we never store card numbers. Subscriptions bill month-to-month and cancel with one message to the desk.

4. Your obligations

In exchange for services we ask a short list of reasonable things:

• Provide accurate contact and game-profile details so delivery lands correctly
• Use purchased items and services for your own account — no resale or transfer
• Don't use the site, services or our staff's time for anything unlawful or abusive

5. Game compliance

Our services operate within the game publisher's terms where they apply. Account-bound items are delivered through legitimate channels; we don't sell exploits, bots or account sharing. If a publisher policy changes in a way that affects a service you've purchased, we'll tell you and offer alternatives or refunds per our Refund Policy.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law — our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected service. We're not liable for losses caused by game updates, publisher decisions, or your internet deciding to become abstract art mid-session.

7. IP & content

Site content — text, design, the Arena brand — is ours or licensed to us. OTTTD game assets remain the property of their respective owners (SMG Studio and associated publishers); we use references under fair dealing for review and commentary. You may share our field manuals; you may not republish them commercially or pass them off as your own work.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version and material changes get announced on the site. These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of NSW have exclusive jurisdiction. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand.
